Robert E. Keller, of counsel
ROBERT E. KELLER is a life-long resident of Western New York. In 1963, he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and thereafter served three years of active duty as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy. In 1970, Mr. Keller received his law degree cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he was a member of the Buffalo Law Review.
Mr. Keller was admitted to the New York Bar in 1971 and for the first seven years of his legal career was involved in the defense of personal injury and wrongful death claims. From 1977 to 2008, Mr. Keller was engaged in the full-time practice of personal injury law with our firm. In 2008, he reduced his practice to part time and became “of counsel” to our firm. In this role, Mr. Keller provides legal advice and guidance to the firm with respect to all areas of its practice, in particular with respect to complicated medical malpractice and product liability claims. Mr. Keller is a member of several professional societies and organizations, including the Erie County Bar Association, Western New York Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association, and New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
