- 7 figure jury verdict against retailer for selling gun and ammunition to man who was visibly intoxicated. Our client was shot and wounded by the purchaser, who believed that his wife was having an affair with him. The case was the first of its kind to be tried in NY and the award the second largest personal injury verdict in Niagara County history at the time. Two separate trials and two appeals were required before the award was paid.

| Genesee County Supreme Court: |

- 8 figure jury verdict in favor of a high school girl who was beaten up by three other girls in school and suffered brain injuries. Verdict was against the School District for failing to heed warnings of a vendetta against the plaintiff. It is presently the highest personal injury verdict in Genesee County history and required two separate trials (one to determine liability and a second several months later to determine damages).
