- 7 figure settlement of personal injury claim by tunnel worker against manufacturer of large mechanical form traveler device used during construction of tunnel. Case settled during trial.
- 7 figure settlement during lengthy trial of a case brought by pilot and passengers in a small plane that crash landed following rupture of an oil cooler hose. Defendants were the plane’s manufacturer and an Airframe and Power Plant mechanic who had inspected the engine.
- Wrongful death settlement against seller and manufacturer of propane tank with defective valve.

- Jury verdict of just under 7 figures for driver of car who lost most of the vision in one eye when eyeglass lens shattered in a one vehicle accident. Jury found the lens was defectively manufactured and edged based upon expert testimony we presented and rejected defendants’ claim that plaintiff’s negligent driving was the proximate cause of the injury.
