- 7 figure jury verdict against county for failure to properly warn of intersection with restricted sight distances and erect reduced speed signs. Plaintiff suffered brain injuries. It was the largest personal injury award in Oneida County history at the time.

- Jury verdict against Town for negligently plowing snow at an intersection so as to impede sight distances. Infant plaintiff, a passenger in one of the vehicles involved in a collision at the intersection, suffered loss of vision in one eye. The award was the largest ever made in Genesee County at the time.
